Aluminuml bolt-on 50mm or 40mm single manifold without carburetor mount. The runners are made of Stainless Steel to prevent an internal corrosion. Flanges are regular carbon steel.
Manifold is designed to fit all Yamaha Virago XV700, 750, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1100 V-Star. NOTE! for V-Star 1100 you will need an additional carburetor extender, so please ask before you buy. Thank you.
Here are few tips about what material intake manifolds are made of. Years ago they been made of cast iron, later of aluminum, now composite manifolds are taking place. So it seems like material does not play a big role in performance, it plays a role in manufacturing expenses and weight. There are so many opinions about manifolds that are mage of certain materials, but in general the importance is, how the part is made, not what is made of.
Fits most of carburetor holders with bolt holes distance between 60 mm to 76 mm.

Flange is a universal size for 40mm or 50mm carb holders
Manifold is without carb mount.

Installation Guide
1. Remove existing carbs and separate them (if original stock carburetor is used).
2. Use front carburetor for this conversion
(if original stock carburetor is used).
3. Install manifold on to engine. Right or left, it’s your choice.
4. Install carburetor
5. Attach throttle cable
6. Attach choke cable by removing rear choke cable bracket and reattaching to front
7. Double check clamps and cables
8. Start your engine
9. Stop reading instructions and hit the road
With stock Hitachi carburetor, needle lifted 0.8mm and main jet is a 140 - 180 , pilot is 42 - 50 depending on engine size.
