    This Tobin Cinema Systems TEC-20 25pfs Eurocontroller is an accessory for the Tobin TXM-20B crystal sync motor.  Plug it in, and you go from 24 fps to 25 fps so that you could do a direct, frame to frame film transfer in PAL.
