    June 16, 1914---Lawyer Elwood W. Moore
    arrested on charge of embezzlement.
    Nov. 27, 1914---Elwood W. Moore sentenced to from two to three years in State Prison and fined ,000 for embezzling ,000 from Ruth H. Stevens, of Black Hark, Iowa.
